How to Play

Gold Miner is a 2D mining game that you play using both the mouse and keyboard. The controls are simple and intuitive, making it easy to get started:

• Up Arrow: Use Dynamite
• Down Arrow: Use Crane
• Mouse Cursor: Navigate Shop
• Left Mouse Button: Buy Item

Each level has a monetary goal that you need to achieve before the timer runs out. You earn money by using the crane to pull up gold, diamonds, and rocks from the ground. The miner is stationed at the top of the screen, and the crane claw swings back and forth below. To successfully grab items, you must time the release of the claw to align with its swing angle, launching it in a straight line.

Larger objects take more time to retrieve. While large gold nuggets are worth the effort, big rocks are not. Small animals also wander around, obstructing your claw. Thankfully, dynamite can be used to destroy large objects instantly, freeing your claw. Between levels, you can visit the Shop to buy items such as a Rock Collector's Guide to increase rock value, Diamond Polish to enhance diamond worth, and Lucky Clovers to improve the quality of loot in Mystery Bags.
